In Thai, object pronouns are used to replace nouns that function as the object of a sentence. In this lesson, we will learn the object pronouns in Thai and how to use them in sentences.

Here is a list of object pronouns in Thai:

ฉัน chǎn ik (vrouwelijk)
เขา kǎo hij (mannelijk)
เธอ thooe jij
เรา reao wij
พวกเขา phuak kǎo zij (meervoud)

Take note that the object pronouns in Thai can be used differently depending on the context of the sentence.

To use object pronouns in Thai sentences, simply replace the noun that functions as the object with the corresponding object pronoun. Here are some examples:
