In this lesson, you will learn how to use the future tense in Portuguese. The future tense is used to express actions that will happen in the future. This is an important aspect of Portuguese grammar as it allows you to talk about future plans and events.

The future tense is formed by adding the following endings to the infinitive form of the verb:
-AR verbs: -ei, -ás, -á, -emos, -ão -ER verbs: -erei, -erás, -erá, -eremos, -erão -IR verbs: -irei, -irás, -irá, -iremos, -irão

Let's take the verb "falar" (to speak) as an example:

Note that the future endings are added to the infinitive form of the verb. For example, to form the future tense of "falar", we take the infinitive "falar" and add the appropriate ending.

Here are some examples of sentences using the future tense:
- Eu falarei com ele amanhã. (I will speak with him tomorrow.)
- Ela viajará para o Brasil no próximo mês. (She will travel to Brazil next month.)
- Nós estudaremos para o exame no fim de semana. (We will study for the exam on the weekend.)
- Eles lerão os livros que você recomendou. (They will read the books you recommended.)
