Welcome to the "Complete 0 to A1 Italian Course". In this course, you will learn everything you need to know to go from zero knowledge of Italian to an A1 level, which means you will be able to understand and use everyday expressions and basic phrases.  


In this course, we will cover everything from basic Italian grammar to essential vocabulary; we'll dive into Italian culture and customs, and provide plenty of opportunities for review and practice exercises to help you to fully immerse yourself in the language.

In this section, we will learn how to introduce yourself and ask someone's name. We will also cover formal and informal ways of greeting people in Italian.


Introduction to basic Italian grammar
Articles and Nouns:
In this section, we will learn how to use definite and indefinite articles in Italian. We will also cover gender and number of nouns.


We'll tackle the basics of Italian grammar by breaking it down into manageable sections. We'll go over articles, nouns, adjectives, and their usage in simple sentences. From there, we'll move on to regular and irregular verbs in the present, past, and future tense. We'll also cover prepositions, pronouns, and modal verbs.  
Everyday activities:
In this section, we will cover vocabulary related to daily routines and activities, such as shopping for food and clothes.


Basic Italian vocabulary
Verbs:
In this section, we will learn how to use the present tense of regular and irregular verbs in Italian. We will also cover reflexive verbs.


We won't be able to cover everything, but we'll go over the most common and essential vocabulary you'll need while conversing in Italian. We'll cover important phrases for meeting people, telling time, and counting, and vocabulary for family relationships, food, drink, travel, and accommodation. We'll also provide essential vocabulary and phrases for shopping, handling money, health issues, and emergencies.
Around town:
In this section, we will learn how to ask for directions and give directions in Italian.  


Italian culture and customs
By the end of this course, you will be able to communicate in everyday situations and have a solid foundation to continue your Italian language journey.


To help you understand the Italian culture, we'll introduce you to the most important festivals and traditions, art and music, fashion, and design. We'll also help you understand Italian cuisine, including traditional foods and regional specialties you may encounter.
