Famous Bengal Crafts

Bengal has a rich tradition of crafts that span various mediums like clay, textiles, metals, and wood. Here are some of the most famous crafts:

Terracotta

Terracotta is a form of pottery that uses clay, which is then mode into various shapes and sizes. Terracotta art is a specialty of the Bankura district in West Bengal. You can find beautiful terracotta horses, elephants and other animals in various forms.
